Founded in 2017, Jagaban Solutions is a diversified holding company driving infrastructure development and economic growth across Sierra Leone. As the strategic and operational hub of the Jagaban Group, it provides centralised governance, shared services, and financial oversight to a portfolio spanning transport, manufacturing, maritime services, energy, and agriculture.
Through its subsidiaries, the Group is modernising national mobility with structured road transport services, locally assembled motorbikes, and a planned ferry service to strengthen connectivity between Freetown and Lungi. These initiatives improve safety, reduce travel time, and provide reliable alternatives to informal transport systems.
Jagaban Solutions is also expanding energy access through Blama Gas and investing in agriculture, including poultry and rice farming, to support food security and rural development.
Across all operations, the Group remains committed to job creation, skills development, and sustainable growth - contributing to long-term national progress and economic resilience.

Oversees cross-subsidiary operations, ensures alignment with Group strategy, and drives growth initiatives across transport, maritime, manufacturing, and energy.

Responsible for financial governance, capital allocation, budgeting, treasury, and consolidated group reporting.

Responsible for overseeing Blama Gas operations, fuel supply chain management, service station expansion, and the coordination of motorbike assembly operations, including production planning, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
